Bloody McRoyal
Ok, I am not a fast-food person but my uncle just arrived at our house with his meal and seriously, it was one bloody McRoyal! Of course he didn’t finish it, and I was so upset I took it back to them and made sure the manager saw it. They immediately started offering a new meal or a refund but that wasn’t the point. I explained to them the importance of checking their food quality before giving it out to their customers. It was disgusting.

Haha, I was too disgusted to even think about any of that! Only in the USA does it become the first thing consumers happen to think of, huh? I just made a point to the manager that it would be a very different story for them if my uncle got sick. They’re lucky and they better watch what they sell.
The problem is, no one in the whole line of people waiting to make their orders decided to change their minds and skip dinner after that burger showed up back in the managers hand!

Yeah! I totally agree with you. They never give that much care here in Kuwait when it comes to consumers, which is just wrong. I wonder when will that ever change!

Well if it was me eating that. I wont mind, but that goes only for stakes. But a bloody burger, thats just going over. Well I think its good that you went to their manager.

@Midoe : I have to say, I think Kuwait does care because they do have some inspection thing where they go around and shut down dirty restaurants. These incidents should be reported and well, I didn’t do anything but blog it. So, maybe they’ll have employees that hunt for “dirty” restaurant reports online? I have no idea how we can contact these guys and who they are! lol, I just know they exist.
@G : Yea, I’d take a medium-rare steak too, but this ain’t no steak!
@Fayoora : Thanks, I think it’s very important to make sure the restaurant knows about these incidents. Most of us would just throw it away. We’re to lazy to head out to order the food, you think anyone’s going to head out to complain about it? hmm.
